Child & Teen Therapy

I am a child-centred practitioner who follows Axline's rules of non-directive play therapy to allow the child or teen to express themselves through play in a safe nurturing, accepting, unjudgmental environment. I welcome kids/teens with big emotions into my play room. Sessions are offered in-person, virtual/phone or in-home/community. Sessions charged at $170 for a full hour session and $85 for a half session.

Adult Therapy

I am a client-centred practitioner who allows the client to lead their own process in a safe, accepting, nurturing, unjudgmental space, using pertinent interventions based on the best treatment plan for them. My experience has been with adult trauma survivors; adults with mood disorders, personality disorders; adults with fears/phobias; adult athletes suffering blocks; adults suffering grief and loss; and those experiencing adjustment issues. Sessions are offered in-person, virtual/phone. Sessions charged at $170 for an hour; $250 for a 90min EMDR session; $275 for a 90min Accelerated Resolution Therapy session (works in 1-5 sessions).

Family & Sibling Play Therapy Sessions

The power of play is crucial to reparation in families who have been suffering. This positive interaction through expressive arts or play, allows for bonding and the bolstering of secure attachment. Families begin to understand each other and meet each other's needs through positive empathic loving interactions. Chantal can facilitate sessions which allow for this understanding, connection and repair after rupture has caused disconnect in the family unit. Sessions are offered in-person, virtual, in-home. Sessions charged at $170 for an hour and $250 for a 90min family/couple session.

Parenting Support

I am a client-centred practitioner who allows the client to lead their own process in a safe, accepting, nurturing, unjudgmental space, allowing for open conversation around parenting challenges and looking through a strengths-based lens. Sessions are offered in-person or virtual/phone. Sessions charged at $170 per hour.
