Hi, I am a Registered Counselling Therapist-Candidate (RCT-C) with NSCCT and trained Therapeutic Play Practitioner.
I am a person-centred practitioner who uses core conditions of acceptance, unjudgmental empathy,
and unconditional positive regard within the therapeutic relationship.
I can build rapport quickly with children and adults, allowing for therapeutic
goals to be met and positive change to occur. I can provide a safe space for individuals to express
themselves fully and work through overwhelming emotions, in a supportive, caring environment. If you are

I obtained my Canadian Masters of Counselling Psychology in 2023 and have been working in private practice ever since. I trained in play therapy in 2016 in the UK, having a background in teaching children and adults with neurodiversity. I continued my play therapy training here in Canada, as well as training in other forms of therapy such as EMDR, ART, DBT, CBT and Hypnosis; enjoying being able to alter treatment plans to best fit my clients. I currently work from my home clinic; out in the community or providing in-home services; and am looking forward to opening a Bedford office from August 2026 to host adults and hypnosis clientele (including child/teen hypnosis programs). I have provided support for children, teens, adults and families for many years in the mental health, charity and education fields. I have a warm and empathic approach which allows me to create excellent rapport as I am open, accepting, unjudgmental, and meet my clients where they are at with unconditional positive regard.
